CityVista

CityVista

CityVista, built on the site of the former wax museum at 5th and K Streets, NW, is the anchor of the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood.

It is being developed by L5K, Lowe Enterprises, the Neighborhood Development Co., Bundy Development Corp. and CIM. This mixed-use project will include 685 residential units (441 condos and 244 apartments) as well as a 55,000 square foot Safeway grocery store and 62,000 square feet of other neighborhood serving retail. The site will also include a 783-space underground parking garage.

Twenty percent of all residential units are set aside for renters and buyers earning between 30 percent and 80 percent of the area's median income. CityVista is being built on formerly District-controlled land and the development was coordinated by the former National Capital Revitalization Plan. More information about the project is available at www.cityvistadc.com. The project is expected to be complete in 2008.
