Narrative Description
As part of the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development Great Streets Initiative, the District seeks the redevelopment of the H Street Connection suburban shopping center into a mixed use urban-density project at the center of H Street NE. In addition to residential units- including affordable units-public parking will be incorparated into project to benefit the broader H Street NE corridor.
