Narrative Description

The site at 8th and T Streets, NW is a housing project that will provide greater, high-quality housing options for residents of the Shaw neighborhood. The project calls for 4 condominiums, 2 of which will be designated at affordable rates. 1 unit will be affordable to residents earning 80 percent of area median income as well as 1 workforce unit affordable to those at 120 percent of the AMI.
