Narrative Description

The District seeks to revitalize a key area of Ward 5 with a large-scale residential and retail project near the intersection of Fort Lincoln Drive and 33rd Place, NE. The Village and The Shops at Dakota Crossing, respectively, represent a lucrative development opportunity that will feature new housing (including affordable housing), new neighborhood-serving retail, job opportunities, and opportunities for local businesses to have a presence in a major development project in the city.
