1421 Euclid Street NW

The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development ("ODMPED"), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals ("RFP") inviting qualified development teams ("Offerors") to propose their vision and plan for developing a project on the 12,325 square foot parcel located at 1427 Euclid Street NW, Washington, DC 20009 ("Development Site").

 

ODMPED, through this RFP, intends to identify one (1) Offeror with whom to enter into negotiations for the disposition (through fee simple sale or ground lease) and Development Site.

 

Highly-qualified development teams with experience in planning, financing, building, and operating small to medium scale mixed-use, residential, or retail use development projects and experience in working with community stakeholders are strongly encouraged to respond to this RFP.

 

Responses submitted to this RFP must comply with all of the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals. Incomplete proposals may be deemed non-responsive and not considered by the District.

 

Responses to this RFP are due by January 7, 2010 at 5 pm EST and must be submitted by hand or mail to Suite 317 of the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Responses received after this deadline will not be considered by the District. The District is not responsible for any mail delivery delays, including delays caused by District personnel.
