Press Release For Immediate Release March 29, 2004 Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs to Close on Friday, April 2, 2004 (Washington, DC) On Friday, April 2, the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA), its main office and customer service centers, will close at 12 pm for the Department's annual meeting. DCRA's call center at (202) 442-4400 will remain open. The annual meeting is a chance for DCRA to discuss agency performance, yearly goals, ethics training and customer service. DCRA will resume normal business hours on Monday, April 5, 2004.
