Fenty last night presented 12 awards to individuals and local organizations for exemplary work and commitment to historic preservation at the Fifth Annual Mayor’s Awards for Excellence in Historic Preservation at the recently restored Atlas Performing Arts Center on H Street, NE. “These awards are about more than beautiful buildings and attention to detail,” said Mayor Adrian M.
